Required Experience and Skills

Required Experience

We are seeking sales associates with three-to-five years of work and/or sales experience in the following industries:
  • Medical Billing Services
  • EHR Sales
  • Medical Durable Goods Sales
  • Pharmaceutical Sales
  • Lab Services Sales
  • Small Practice Consultants

Proficiency in Consultative Selling and CRM Software is an added bonus.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple prospects simultaneously

Additional Job Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Network to generate leads and develop new contacts with small and medium-sized healthcare practices
  • Contact healthcare practices to gauge interest, understand underlying needs, and set up virtual meetings
  • Develop and give sales presentations designed to discover and understand prospect needs
  • Establish new accounts in coordination with the Physicians with Vision technical team

  • Keep us informed of sales activities by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analyses

  • Provide feedback to sales management team regarding prospect needs and input

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions, routine meetings and participating in professional societies and/or networking events
  • Provide accurate records by maintaining prospecting data records on area and customer sales
  • Contribute to team efforts as needed

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, sales, business, or health administration preferred

  • 3-5 years of industry sales experience

  • Familiarity with healthcare practice software
